RELIGIOUS

This project was the building renovation and expansion of the education and child care spaces, that formed an opportunity to reorganize the building's circulation patterns improving the function of this beloved community centerpiece. A new parking structure was added that connects a new lobby entrance and solved existing accessibility and orientation issues. A coffee shop was also added that employs persons with disabilities. This project also features a bio swale water retention system to manage storm water run off from the expansion and parking structure. Our team took care to respect and enhance the historic gothic architecture of this historic building.
