This project showcases an energy efficient and flexible open plan packaging and distribution facility that serves a variety of large retail outlets. The structure is formed from a steel frame with precast concrete exterior walls. The interior was designed to be adaptable and accommodate special projects and the constantly changing business environment. Corporate office space was also included.

This facility was designed to house the printing and manufacturing of product labels as well as corporate office space. It features state of the art environmental controls for the equipment that is housed within. The building shell insulation and HVAC system were carefully designed to accommodate the sensitive nature of the printing and manufacturing equipment.
