MULTI-FAMILY

We are bringing our experience of 20,000 completed apartment units to Burlington, Iowa with this HUD funded multifamily apartment complex. The first floor holds urban retail space, while the second and third floors hold 24 affordable apartment units. Tama Too is built on the same lot that the original Tama building occupied before it burnt down in 2018. Throughout the design process we took care to ensure that design decisions and material selections reflected the original building and the historic downtown of Burlington, while embracing current modern designs.
