This complete renovation of a collegiate, gothic architectural style high school building included masonry and limestone restoration and window replacement for energy efficiency as well as to return historical context to the exterior of the building. The 2,000 seat auditorium was also refurbished. A fine arts wing was added to house the band orchestra, and vocal music departments, designed to combine modern technology and historical context. This project also included updating the schools heating and cooling systems with an energy efficient, central geothermal HVAC system.
